Position responsibilities
- Manage construction activities on assigned commercial projects.
- Review trade bids, scope packages, pricing and subcontract awards.
- Control schedules, budgets, risk, site quality and subcontractor coordination.
- Review and submit project submittal packages.
- Report progress and financial status to clients and executive management.
- Maintain field and procurement milestones during construction.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements
- Commercial PM experience required; source lists two years as required and five years as preferred.
- Experience in both renovations and new construction.
- Ability to read drawings and scope documents and understand subcontractor buyout.
- Four-year degree, PMP, trade experience and hospitality-sector work are preferred, not mandatory.
- Strong self-management and field coordination skills.
