Complete job description
Manage high-rise residential, mixed-use and commercial developments in the Miami area throughout preconstruction, field execution and turnover.
Position responsibilities
- Plan budgets, subcontractor buyout, project schedules and procurement.
- Work closely with the superintendent to coordinate site progress and trade activity.
- Manage drawings, RFIs, submittals and coordination conflicts.
- Negotiate change orders and administer monthly billing applications.
- Conduct owner and stakeholder meetings with regular progress reporting.
- Manage quality, punch-list completion and final project documentation.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements
- Construction PM history involving commercial, high-rise residential or mixed-use projects.
- Understanding of plans, construction scheduling, subcontractors and cost control.
- Ability to prioritize concurrent project issues and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Office preferred; South Florida project experience helpful.
