Superintendent

Multifamily-property construction and renovation field leadership. Direct work on occupied and vacant units, coordinate inspections and keep improvement scopes on schedule and within budget.

Position responsibilities

• Work with the project manager on inspections, permits, field budgets and production schedules.
• Coordinate local building and fire inspections with property management.
• Plan, supervise and check the work of trade contractors and vendors against approved scopes.
• Inspect units and common areas for workmanship, punch items, progress and needed repairs.
• Enforce employee and subcontractor safety standards and report field conditions to management.
• Maintain daily and weekly reports in Procore; support materials procurement and invoice review.

Qualifications and requirements

• Strong construction knowledge, including the ability to interpret work orders, instructions and safety procedures.
• High attention to detail, strong communication, prioritization and deadline management.
• Ability to interact with customers, vendors, employees and property staff.
• Comfort with project reports, schedule accountability and jobsite coordination.
