Senior commercial project-management opportunity in St. Petersburg focused on design-build development of automobile dealerships.
Position responsibilities
- Lead design-development and preconstruction coordination for dealership facilities.
- Plan and update CPM schedules across design and construction phases.
- Manage geotechnical and other consultant inputs to early development.
- Coordinate project budgets, site planning, trade contracts and field progress.
- Communicate with owners, architects, engineers and construction field leaders.
- Oversee construction quality, project issues and closeout readiness.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements
- At least five years as a commercial construction project manager.
- Understanding of Florida commercial construction methods and delivery.
- Ability to manage critical-path schedules and multiple design/construction contributors.
- Strong project leadership, cost control and client communication.
- Dealership or comparable commercial design-build experience particularly relevant.
