Tampa-based PM overseeing ground-up commercial construction across the Florida business unit, managing the entire project lifecycle and assisting site superintendents and project accounting teams.
Position responsibilities
- Plan projects, update budgets, forecasts and construction schedules.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, procurement and trade buyout.
- Support superintendents with labor, materials and equipment needs.
- Coordinate owners, designers and trades and resolve constructability issues.
- Ensure accurate document controls, safety compliance and regular jobsite inspections.
- Track project costs and communicate construction risks and changes.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements
- Three to five years of commercial construction management experience.
- Construction-related bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
- Construction estimating, schedule planning, safety and field-team leadership knowledge.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Procore, PlanGrid and schedule management.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and willingness to travel as needed.
