Senior field leader overseeing a portfolio of simultaneous ground-up multifamily developments. Establish consistent execution standards, develop project superintendents and report field performance to division leadership.
Position responsibilities
- Manage common standards for logistics, quality, safety, project reporting and turnover readiness.
- Coach and supervise project superintendents and assistant superintendents across multiple sites.
- Evaluate critical-path progress, trade sequencing, staffing plans and construction recovery schedules.
- Conduct field audits, resolve recurring project problems and escalate financial or schedule threats.
- Coordinate constructability, structural, building-envelope, civil and MEP considerations.
- Drive quality inspections, punch-list closure and readiness for occupancy and property operations.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements
- Ten or more years of progressive ground-up multifamily field supervision.
- At least three years of portfolio-wide, multi-project or superintendent-management experience.
- Track record achieving multifamily milestones and occupancy turnover, including podium and wood-frame work.
- OSHA 30 certification, SWPPP familiarity and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel between sites and use scheduling, Procore and reporting systems.
