Fully traveling superintendent responsible for large data-center, industrial or mission-critical construction across the United States, from mobilization to commissioning and turnover.
Position responsibilities
- Direct site logistics, field schedules, safety, quality and production.
- Lead subcontractors across concrete, steel, electrical, mechanical and other industrial scopes.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, owners and inspectors.
- Resolve manpower, equipment, design and sequencing issues.
- Maintain daily site reports, safety briefings, inspections and field photographs.
- Coordinate mission-critical commissioning, punch work and project handover.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements
- Seven to ten or more years of superintendent experience on large commercial or industrial work.
- Knowledge of mission-critical MEP systems, steel, concrete and complex building sequences.
- Ability to coordinate large trade teams and multiple concurrent work phases.
- Procore and scheduling software proficiency plus availability for extensive travel.
- OSHA 30 required; hyperscale/data center and $50M+ project experience preferred.
