Construction PM leading ground-up general contracting, renovation and infrastructure-related commercial projects in Orlando, coordinating field operations and budget/schedule outcomes.
Position responsibilities
- Develop staffing plans and align field and office project activity.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, administration and performance.
- Monitor project forecasts, cost controls and job profitability.
- Control CPM schedules, time impacts and equipment/material delivery tracking.
- Prepare or oversee pay applications, vendor vouchers and project change documentation.
- Coordinate safety and quality expectations with field leaders and clients.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum five years of construction experience.
- Procore and Primavera P6 scheduling knowledge required.
- Ground-up contracting and civil/MEP system familiarity.
- Ability to produce schedules, cost forecasting, contract records and payment applications.
- Leadership, negotiation and communication with multiple trade partners.
